Stratum Property Group focuses on property interests and development opportunities. Its work sits alongside the group’s financial and commercial capabilities, with attention to the economics, structures and reporting behind real assets.

Stratum Financial Services is the group’s dedicated financial-services division. Services in regulated areas are undertaken only through appropriately authorised and licensed entities, where applicable.

Stratum Asset Management represents the group’s focus on the stewardship of assets and long-term financial interests. Any regulated investment activity is subject to the relevant authorisations and mandates.

Stratum Health Medical Scheme, known as “Stratum Care”, is a planned future medical aid. It is intended to provide healthcare to the group’s staff, management teams and clients who align with the group’s philosophy. The scheme is planned for launch once the required regulatory approvals are obtained.
